<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
4 tuna steaks, about 8oz. each<br />
1 red chili pepper, seeded and chopped<span id="more-98"></span><br />
3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger<br />
2 teaspoons dried lemongrass<br />
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar<br />
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided<br />
1 lime, juiced<br />
sea salt and black pepper, to taste</p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />
1. In a medium mixing bowl combine chili pepper, ginger, lemongrass, vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.<br />
2. Place tuna steaks in the bowl and marinade for 10-15 minutes.<br />
3. Place the remaining mixture in a saucepan and put over medium heat.<br />
4. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and place tuna steaks in hot oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or cooked to desired doneness.<br />
5. Once mixture in saucepan is reduced pour over tuna steaks and serve with white rice or rice noodles.</p>

4 fresh tuna steaks<br />
2 tablespoons sesame oil<br />
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar<span id="more-37"></span><br />
¼ cup soy sauce<br />
1 tablespoon garlic, minced<br />
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced<br />
1 scallion, sliced<br />
sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste<br />
olive oil</p>

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">Directions:<br />
1. In a medium mixing bowl combine sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and scallion. Whisk until smooth.<br />
2. In a shallow dish place tuna steaks.<br />
3. Pour mixture on top of the steaks. Marinate for 30 in refrigerator.<br />
4. Preheat grill. Brush grill with olive oil.<br />
5. Remove fish and sprinkle both side with sea salt and pepper.<br />
6. Grill tuna steaks over high heat, 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked thoroughly.</p>
